Peter has over 20 years’ experience in digital having managed some of the UK’s largest brands including Sky, Thomas Cook, H&M and Samsung.

Ricardo manages Soreto’s core tech team, which is based in Brazil, a well-established offshore tech hub.
He is the former Chief Technical Officer of A Spokesman Said, a News Corp- backed startup, and also holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

James brings over 2 decades worth of experience. James has worked across many disciplines of digital marketing including Adtech, Martech, programmatic, affiliate and performance marketing.

Rachel brings extensive experience to her role at Soreto, with a marketing background working agency-side for luxury brands like Porsche and major telecoms such as Samsung, 3, Orange, and Vodafone.
Now, as Director of Operations at Soreto, Rachel oversees daily operations, client management, product development, and marketing, using her diverse expertise to drive efficiency and growth.

Shaun brings over a decade of robust experience in the Finance sector, having started his career at Colas Group, where he held multifaceted roles across various international markets.
Now Finance Director at Soreto, Shaun is instrumental in driving corporate finance initiatives and governance, navigating complex tax landscapes, managing accounting functions, and aligning financial goals with business objectives.

Andrew is one of the UKs leading entrepreneurs having grown Europride (Misfit Fashions), a family garment manufacturer, into a global fashion business with turnover in excess of £60m.
